When I first started trying to grasp mindful moments for myself, I found it quite frustrating. I didn’t know if I was doing it right or felt like I had the support to be able to concentrate and it felt a little bit like a pointless exercise.
I created a method that helped me work with it on my own terms, that related to me on a deeper level and helped me achieve the moments of stillness, reflection and relaxation which was much needed. Now I want to share it with YOU! I know how much it benefited me and so I’m want it to benefit you too of course.
