Supporting your journey from Pregnancy to Motherhood
We have courses, classes and workshops taiolred to every part of your journey. Starting at Pregnancy, we focus on mindset, emotional and mental wellbeing, bringing relaxation and soulful techniques to support us as our bodies go through incredible and many changes. We continue this into focusing on labour and birth and we introduce Hypnobirthing, we look at birth rights and choices, how we create the vision of birth we want and deserve as well as coping with unexpected experiences and having the tools to embrace this part of our mothering journey.
Our postnatal support focuses on reflection, mindset and wellbeing, to help and empower you in your own self care and awareness within an amazing community. Motherhood is continued in the support of that community and within that we are constantly filling up our cups of wellbeing and support through retreats, mother's circls and treatments. The Mindful Mummy also offers pregnanct treatments to support pregnancy insomnia, morning sickness and anxiety to name a few. We also offer reiki, 1-1 emotional support and coaching as well as including baby massage and yoga in the signature courses.
Mama, it's wonderful to have you here and so exciting to be on this journey with you. Whether you are already a parent, expecting or thinking about starting your family, I am here to support and empower you through it all. We take Motherhood head on without fully understanding the tranistion that occurs, whilst we find ourselves in the depths of it and need time to process the changes we may be experiencing daily. I am here to guide you through it, to help you step into your motherhood power and claim your journey for what you truly deserve.
About Rhay - The Mindful Mummy
Hello Mama, I'm Rhay.
I’m a mum to three wonderful children and at first motherhood did not present itself easily to me. A reason why you find me here today.
I lost my mum a year before my eldest was born and safe too say time after that and beyond was really chaotic, full of trauma, hurt, negativity and struggle.
This presented my passion for working with other mums and their families who too found themselves faced with challenges of life on a daily basis whilst trying to keep their head above the murky waters of depression and anxiety.
I found myself furthering my experience professionally, working in acute mental health settings and in a role where I would empower others through recovery, training in psychotherapy and sharing all this wonderful knowledge I’ve been credited with. This is what led me to you today.
I am here to guide, empower you and support your transition into Motherhood, or maybe you are established and alos rocking it, but need a little clarity. I work with Mum's who are struggling with Mum guilt, struggling with their new identity as a Mother, and also for Mum's who just want to embrace this experience and give themselves and their families the best out of Motherhood.
My mission is to give as many Mama’s and their families the proven tools and techniques to help them overcome their mental and emotional challenges as they continue to parent too. Also I believe it helps us navigate our own paths of parenting, we teach our own what we come to know and what better than a beautiful sense of ability to cope with the unknown to pass onto our loved ones. This really is the heart of everything I do. I’ve been in that dark place and I wish there had a been a light like this for me at that time. So I can only pray that I am that for you Mama. I look forward to meeting you.
